Senior Management

The Senior Management team at Henderson Green comprises the original members who have been involved in Henderson Green from day one.

Being an Engineering Consultancy, the Board is dominated by Engineers; Craig, Russ, Ralph and the two Rob’s, all of whom keep their feet on the ground by spending the lion’s share of their time working on projects and earning fees.

Bringing some sanity and alternative perspectives to the team are Lisa and Amanda, responsible for HR and Finance respectively. This ensures that we never lose sight of the wellbeing of both our people and our bank balance.

The key to the success of Henderson Green is that we are a family who have grown up together and we care for each other, the business and everyone we employ.
